ATTENTION: To all the newbies looking into this stock who are wondering why this stock is not running on high volume the past few times. It has to do with the preferred dividends that were issued a while back. It is believed that the CEO is working in tandem with highriskhighreward and his investment group. This investment group own billions of shares of BKMP. Their strategy is to sell cheap shares into the market to keep the PPS depressed until the end of the month. The end of the month April 30th is the deadline for investors with preferred dividends to convert their dividends to restricted shares of BKMPP at a cost of .00015 per share. If after that time (April 30th) investors with dividends do not convert then the dividends with be nullified. Highriskhighreward and his investment group are keeping the PPS depressed so the common investor with divies won't sell their shares if there was a spike in the PPS and convert so as to dilute the stock later when those restricted shares become common a year or two later. The CEO has the opportunity to put out press releases that pump the volume and at the same time buy back cheap shares that stay cheap because the investment group mentioned keeps the PPS depressed by selling off cheap shares. I speculate that highriskhighreward and his investment group have converted many if not most or all of their preferred dividends to restricted shares. They have strategically kept the common investor from converting which will profit them later when their restricted shares are tradable. The CEO gets his cheap shares for buyback and the investment group outside of their own conversion, keeps dilution to a minimum. We speculate that highriskhighreward and his investment group are the CD holders. The CEO made this deal with the CD holders in exchange for extending the CD maturity date to the end of 2009. By that time enough revenues will have come in to pay off the CD. The above mentioned is a calculated opinion.
