2007-04-17 12:52 ET - News Release
Mr. Robert Chase reports
MILLSTREAM INTERSECTS 5.03% COPPER AND 14.18% ZINC WITHIN A 10.13 METRE MASSIVE SULPHIDE CORE INTERVAL
Millstream Mines Ltd. has received significant assay results from its fifth diamond drill hole, S-07-04, at its Potter VMS property's 2006 to 2007 exploration program. The results from the first two intersected separate massive sulphide (MASU) mineralized zones (see news in Stockwatch on March 27, 2007) are as displayed in the "S-07-04 assay results" table.

The newly discovered north zone is located within a 39.4-metre mineralized core interval extending down hole from 714.6 m to 754.0 m. Millstream management and company consultants are reviewing this important new north zone, with the aim of reporting on its results and significance in the near future.
The location of diamond drill hole S-07-04 is approximately one metre behind drill hole S-98-05, but dipping at a steeper angle and was targeted to test the area below and west along strike of the intersections of S-98-05. Taken from a press release dated July 17, 1998, the attached table outlines the historic returns from S-98-05.

Millstream continues drilling to further explore this potentially rich volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) type deposit at its Potter property. The Potter property is host to a copper-zinc-cobalt deposit located in the highly prolific Abitibi greenstone belt in the Kidd-Munro assemblage near the town of Matheson in Northeastern Ontario, Canada.
