Mr Davis indicated that the average annual expense
for this is typically in the $50K per annum range ,
and the company right now is focused on

(a) --- keeping expenses minimal, and

(b) --- using all available funds to grow the business

The company is aware of the shareholder value in
audited financials, but will not fund them until
revenues warrant doing them .

IMO (53chevy), the comments I got indicated that this
is more likely in 2008, rather than any time in 2007 ,
after they see the success of the upcoming X-mas album "
