For those considering XYNY, which trades on the OTCBB. I found this rather disturbing post from the XYNY Raging Bull message board.

hurricanes - included as part of the recent XYNY 10-Q is an exhibit of a so called "audit" for IGRP.

The IGRP "audit" included a few columns of numbers that did not add, at least one number displacement sequence, numbers that did not match the associated columns and at least two typographical errors. One of the sloppiest pieces of accounting work I have ever seen.

A relevant discussion for any long term holders.

Just thought you'd like to know.
