Ummmmm......Errrrrr....Hey there Matt....

I was thinking about something today, and it occurred to me I ought to let you know.

As someone who has had his share of issues with you in your Admin/Owner capacity, it might surprise you to know that I have been greatly impressed by some of your decisions recently. You seem to have learned that it is sometimes better to be predictable and wrong, than arbitrary and right.

Because I have not spared the rod when giving you grief, I thought it only fair that I now say, "Nice job."
