Veno, from the Intro, first paragraph:

"To date, our customers include:
Telefonos de Mexico, S.A.B. de C.V. (TELMEX), Intel Corporation, Alltel Wireless, Inland Cellular, Nex-Tec Wireless and several additional telecom service providers throughout the United States."

Not sure if this is what Ihub was referring to, but it caught my eye. If Alltel has chosen not to buyout the contract, perhaps we have a foot in the door?
