AVCI $14-$12 -? reports Q1 EPS of 46c v cons of 11c; declares $2 special div
Reports Q1 revenue of $20.5M versus consensus of $13.6M. Note: The Q1 EPS excludes items and it's unclear if the stat is comparable to the consensus estimate. AVCI also declared a special cash dividend of $2 per share, or approximately $28 million. The dividend will be paid on June 22, 2007 to shareholders of record as of June 11, 2007. AVCI also announced that it will be transitioning away from core router development to focus on its new product initiative, Soapstone Networks
