Apparently I received two certified notices in the mail today from Connor and Winters LLP (sp?). After reading what I have read here, it appears to me that since the Inc. is the Plaintiff, as a shareholder I am being notified of a judgement; declaration or summons issues by Bancorp Inc, on my behalf as a shareholder, against the stated defendants...

Actually makes me feel a bit relieved b/c it would appear to prove I hold legit shares, and not counterfeited shares. I have two positions one on TD Amer and one in a Penson brokerage, hence two notices.

This is a very interesting and unique tactic, IMO, and significantly positive. I suspect we may learn a lot in the next filing.

And to the post about where's the "E", I don't think there would be because we are not actively listed right now
