CJ, that's what most of us on the board today have concluded as well, that this summons is a positive thing for us, but 1 poster (nwsun) posted this:

then why does it say if we dont respond within 20 days we are legally liabable and a judgement will be rendered against you with the cost of the action. this is a legal document people. heed its content accordingly..Also read the last page where it talks about a judgement in the amount of $10,000.00 jointly and severally...
