Wednesday 18-April: 11:30am EST - NETWORK RETURNING TO NORMAL - A change we made yesterday around 2pm appears to have fixed the recent network problems we were experiencing. We cannot be certain however until more testing has been completed. At this point, things appear to be working well and so we'd like to hear from anyone that is still having unusual or significant delays in getting charts off of our website.

Later today we will make an announcement about how we will compensate subscribers for the outages. Please check back here later for that information. Obviously, we are sorry for any problems this caused and are looking hard at ways to prevent similar situations in the future. - The StockCharts.com Technical Team
