PRSU -- Claimed to buy Edward Hayter IBCX corp's restaurants for $4MM. Investigation reveals that the transfer agent has the contact for PRSU as "Cris" Galo with Hayter's Turner Hughes Corp. as the phone number 718-787-2056.

IBCX -- Hayter issues PRs claiming the share price is undervalued at .0001 for 800MM shares. Then prints billions and raises the a/s to 4 billion.

FGFC -- President was Edward A. Rosenmen, Hayter's restaurant worker. Company printed 120 million shares over the authorized.
