Sorry for late reply, I've been out today.
On the SMA 3/7 5 min, I also use RSI, Williams %, Slow Stoch & keep an eye on Volume. And I guess you could say experience of doing this for years. As well as watching the candles. There is a lot more to it then just taking the crossovers. You do just that & you'll not only build up a lot of trading fees, but work your self to death. I used to do that & then got smart. I don't trade stocks like Q's that only move a few cents. Trade the stock or options on the stock or index that move or have a good history of moving at least close to a $.
Don't be greedy, keep your emotions in control, make a fair profit & get out, do it again tomorrow.
