REG NMS for NASD stocks started in early April - this stifles naked shorting, among other things, they have to settle these trades (not with air shares) - it is time to battle these bozo's and win.
We're going to move up. They have a spread to get you to fearfully sell. they can sell to each other if they want and give the illusion of sell-off, but we will move past this.
I am not an expert on Reg NMS but do believe it is now in effect for NASD stocks (including OTC's).
