Thanks Gary. I work at the American Red Cross, have been a consultant for 3 yeard, and my contract is ending. I was told that going full time was an option, then they spit in my face and denied my request. I have worked my ass off here and was the primary person responsible for the design/implementation of an Oracle based financial system that prices blood and ensures the hospitals are billed for 38 regions in the country! We're on order 3,132,003 now in 1 1/2 yrs! It has been amazing, but the knife in my back is hurting bad!
