Hi - FWIW, I spoke to Joe C yesterday. He said he expected 4-6 weeks after the filing of the n-54 before we heard news based on what the attorneys were saying. Even though the meeting took place in March, they didn't actually file it until 4-3-07. So my best guess would be news in the middle of May at the latest.

They are putting together a new investor program but nothing definitive yet. I mentioned that it might be difficult to get a new investor program until the company is more transparent.
