Here's what they said:

Due to a system error, the cusip for the security was not recognized and picked up by the system for reporting on your statement. The error has been corrected and the security will be on your next statement. I apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this has caused. I have asked to see if a new statement can be generated showing the position. At this time we are unable to regenerate a statement. We can provide a letter stating that you do own and still have the holding. This information can also be obtained via our website. Please feel free to contact us regarding any questions or concerns. Thank you we appreciate your business."

I guess I'm just having a little more bad luck with this endless fiasco.
