I value your opinion but not your outlook. Think about this from the MM's side. The PPS was what about .0045-.005 when they started to short it. Why not short it the company did nothing about it. Alex let it fall like a rock in silence. The PPS is just about rock bottom now and there is buzz about a marketing campaign. Possible new contracts. Meeting revenue goals. I do not know what they have maybe nothing but the MM's most likely know more than we do. So they accumulate. Scare the weak into selling. Like I wrote before they control the PPS so they accumulate under the radar. Accumulation is the highest it has been in the last six months it is through the roof. The smallest amount of mono and they will let this run like crazy. This is not the NYSE but a pink sheet stock. Just be ready to ride it and take out some profits. I'm no expert and may be very wrong but I have seen the MM's play this game before.
