At first glance, one could say in your case since you have such a small amount of common, hey I get another million shares for $150. 1M won't really "dilute" when we already have anywhere from 10-13B out there. BUT if there are just 1000 investors like yourself that only have 10's of thousands of common, and they all convert, that added another billion to the O/S. That undoes the buy-back that has already occurred right there alone.
I, and many others, have millions of common shares already. I personally plan on letting mine die.
In the end though - it's up to you - it's your money & your investment.
