WTVI @ .07 cents would be about a 650% increase from here. I think the likeihood is little to none---but hey, the sky could fall too. Personally, I perfer something a lot closer to reality like buying a stock that actually has a track record of growth, an upward trend line, increase in PPS, analyst coverage, positive surprise earnings, no reverse spilts, no symbol changes etc. etc etc.

If memory serves the last time WTVI was at .07 was due to a reverse spilt. Alex (according to his track record) is not scheduled for another RS until 2008, or after, so a "hoooraah run" flip could be after the sky falls.
