Let me ask a question... just thinking here.... The Global-Vision purchase is now a done deal and the company wants to clean it up and spin it off as a shell.. best I can tell is 300,000,000 OS... Would there be any benefit or would it be practial to actually R/M with GVHL given it will have a clean bill of health...and kind of like an investment in its self for the company given the investment to clean it up or would this be not a good move? Enquiring mind here wants to know... Thanks in advance for your comments
