if I might add to the don't do the preferred list here with some thoughts...

go to PNEW's unofficial pole of questions on preferred and the company dealings with its long suffering shareholders for some info on this..

1.) only about 9% of the respondants said they were going to or thinking of taking the prefer... let go with the 2500 or so shareholders I have read in a release somewhere, that is only about 225 taking the deal...

2.) on the pole , 54% say they have less than 1 million shares... with 30 % having between 1 to 3 million now using this as a unscientific basis , just guessing that amount of shares available for certs and prefer would be in the area of about 60 mm or so if one goes with the premiss of usc cowboys post on raging bull tonight, of the total our our shareholders share amount of 200 million....

now we have to take a leap of faith that the real o/s is about 815 which by the actions of 4 failed attempts in the last year or so to bring down the share count to that level and the release that used that infamous number of 800 million to show as an example to us on the preferred deal... which I think is or somewhere in the real area of what is needed to get the real share count down to that 815 level... slip of the tongue so to speak... in my opinion of course... this is not going to make a real dent to help that 815 level needed as per pa... so what is the next deal if this preferred doesn't work?

I think we are already in gameplan 6... our pps is telling us that is the next move.... fill in the blanks on that... could another hard 6mo move be that answer, who the h e l l knows anymore but one thing for sure is soon and sharecount seem to work together.. in my opinion.... nothing more nothing less..
