If it doesn't come to pass, then officially, it's not insider information since it was fiction and it doesn't help us anyway. If it is true, which is the only way the information helps anyone, then it is insider information and it is illegal regardless of where your company trades. If you have the information, then it's up to you to do what you want with hit...but don't post it...I don't want to know - my actions are based simply on my own decision making and nothing else.
