There's absolutely nothing changing by you complaining here. Be proactive and hound the company about your grievances. Maybe they can answer you, put you at ease or just give you that friendly nudge to help push you to a decision. Everyone here has voiced their disagreements with S3. I even did it in person at the last shareholder meeting.
In my opinion, you don't have an investment here and you're trying to influence others in their investment decisions. Take a break from the boards because your complaints are falling on ears that can't change the situation. I wish there wasn't an RS but there was and I've decided to stay. I don't care at this point about uplisting to the OTC. Other than that, I think this company has been growing its business and turning things around. Their huge fault is investor relations and understanding how sharestructure plays a vital role in attracting new investors. If the business does extremely well, I think the pps will overcome the other mistakes. Eventually, people will not be able to ignore the current and potential future business growth.
You have some valid point but nobody wants to hear a chicken little day in and day out. Complaining to those who can give you answers and make your decision easier. Let us make our own.
