I do think the "shock and awe" comment was overboard - Probably the exaggeration of an IR person and I'm sure not the exact words of Garr Winters, he strikes me as straight forward and not into a lot of fluff. HOWEVER, IMO, most of the PR releases I think are good information and show that they have a plan and are executing it. Sure, If you just shut up and then all the sudden release information the stock jumps for a day and then comes back down. As much as we investors like this kinda stuff, if I'm a CEO, I don't want my stock price jockeyed around. I want a slow steady increase. I want to say to the investors, these are the projects we are working on and here is the proof that they are completed in a timely manner. Garr has done that. The MM manipulation will be there regardless of PR's, which is why Garr is doing everything in his power to get us uplisted off of the PK's. There is more respectablility for investors and banks when we are off the PK's and more requirements for MM accountability.
