i dont get it, its not the traders fault that the MM sold him FTD's , if anything Ameritrade should be dealing this out with the MM and the MM should be the one buying back the shares. its obvious that as an Ameritrade user you cant short Pinky's, why? because they wrote the damn program...so its not your fault the MM sold you fake shares.
