You are the biggest baby I've ever seen. If you actually believed that minor filings like this was going to cause a "pop", then you got your hopes up for nothing. The 14a didn't do anything for the PPS, so why would these filings? The only "thing" that matters is the PR that says, "merge completed"... until people realize that, they are just going to be disappointed.

Peacock is DA MAN (I have invested in his new venture now), and will get the job done. He HAS A GOOD BACKGROUND, and as I have learned, that is a crucial part of DD. Peacock has done R/M's before, so I am 110% confident!
