In the business plan acmg states 70 million shares in the float and 180 restricted. All of Siam's I believe are restricted for a time period. So where did the extra 25 million come from ? Or have they not been issued yet since that's a possibility ? I too wonder where the shares are coming from since so many here are committed to being long.
