I don't know for sure, but I would guess on OS of 400-500M would get us pretty close to a dollar.

Buying shares on the open market doesn't reduce the float because you can sell them at any time. Buying them and converting reduces the float because they are effectivly gone (assuming the company retires them).

There is another option.... If the price drops below a penny (AND YOU BELIEVE THE COMPANY) then you could take out a loan for as many shares as you want and let the dividend make the payments for you....RISKY? Yes, but I don't think we will go below a penny again because several people are more than willing to take this risk...myself included.

So my disclaimer is don't listen to me. Don't bother telling me how foolish I am or this and that either. Everyone has to make their own desicions. For the naysayers all I can say is Risk/reward. No one ever got rich by playing it safe all the time...at least not many.

So I sit patiently with pleny of funds ready and available in the event a hedgefund wants to try and call PBLS's bluff. In the meantime I've basically quit worrying about it.
