As for what is in the filing as to restructuring and the CD etc. etc. etc., who cares. You don't.

As for me caring for my shares and your OPINION my seeing them as useless as a cop-out? Gee, lets see 10,000 shares @ $0.0008 = $8 bucks. I haven't decided if I'm going roll that into my 401K or buy a 6 pack. So as to me not caring about my positon? I wonder why? Yes, it's a cop-out on my behalf. Come on give it a rest!!!
