Hello Sonny,

Our full financial statements are prepared and filed on SEDAR in Canada on a quarterly basis, but audited financial statement are only prepared annually and they are filed on SEDAR and EDGAR. I can’t make any comments on the net profits for the first quarter of 2007 until these statements are prepared next month.

As far as the company’s use of promoters and investment relations firms Mr. Wu is currently evaluating a number of options. He is concerned that the money spent on these types of activities may not yield any real returns for our investors, it’s difficult to really judge these firms on their effectiveness. Our company has been burned in the past, now we need to ensure we are getting results on any capital we invest this way.

The website is currently under construction in Taiwan, it is proving challenging for the engineers there to communicate effectively with our English speaking investors. I am working closely with Mr. Wu and Mr. Wang and we hope to have the website up and running soon.
