GEOLOGIX EXPLORATIONS GRANTS INCENTIVE STOCK OPTIONS

Geologix Explorations Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: GIX)(FRANKFURT: GF6) announces that it has granted, pursuant to its Stock Option Plan, Incentive Stock Options (the "Options") to certain of its directors, employees and officers to purchase an aggregate of 842,500 common shares of the Company. The Options are exercisable at a price of $2.77 per share for a period of five years.

Geologix Explorations Inc. is a mineral exploration company focused on acquiring, exploring and developing gold properties in North and South America.
