he has every right to express his frustrations...he's not bashing, just stateing how he feels after being led to believe months ago this would all be taken care of...

i don't personally think this is 'just another pinky' for the simple fact that the companny hasn't gained anything by these continuous delays-they haven't dumped shares or run a pump and dump...plus tom is heavily invested in this himself...the filing was positive and hopeful but we need more...
