Financials will have to be done for the LOI to happen. Name change also connected to LOI it appears, but I expect it to be done BEFORE the new listing. I do hope we will be listed somewhere decent before LOI news hits.

So IMO the chronology will be somthing like :

Financials
Name Change
Listing
Guidance and Flow rates
LOI

Could be a while, but might be sooner then expected.

Remember :
Financials and Name change and ET LOI were projected for end of Q1. As per respons from IR, Sec-thing did not delay these things. Maybe something else did though.
