Re Freetrade...have been with them for a few months with no complaints. all freetrade accounts are margin accounts. it takes hardly any effort at all to move from ameritrade. i had to bite my fingers to keep from trading but it only took 3 or 4 days for it to be over with. well worth it in the end. freetrade has a thing where you can say transfer it all and then you don't have to list them individually. eassssy! Ameritrade will keep your account open with no inactivity fee. that way you can have it if you decide freetrade is not for you or if you want to move money from your freetrade account to your ameritrade account later.

Freetrade is killer IMO. sub
