I spoke with the company rep today. He affirms that plans are afoot to seek a BB listing, with a decision expected by the end of May. He says that revenues from current DVD sales will be split 75-25 (the company getting 75% after marketing costs). He guesses the float is 2M. There is have been no acquisitions of movies made by others, though some have been considered.

The company is doing what any new movie company would do to get a project in pre-production; scripts are being considered for option and there should be an announcement by summer. He had no specific information about money on hand nor plans for financing.
