drifter: I think that is exactly what happened at the close today.

Since so many know that the UPS loan is a done deal, its announcement may not have a great effect on the pps. I think that the 10Q may be the bigger driver (plus, of course, any nice surprises Steven B. may send our way via PR's in the meantime).
