It is definitely a new site, somewhere in Mass. I spoke with someone at the investor relations department, and the person even called me back, because, in her words, she did not give me the proper amount of time. The Nashua site, she claimed was never fully operational due to beauracratic complications. I doubt it was ever partially operational.

While the IR company had some answers, it was certainly not enough to restore confidence from my perspective.
