This is my theory! It is very possible the buying action the last few days are some principles from Global that want to replace the shares they sold that were obtained without WHKA knowledge. This replacement would allow them to neg. with WHKA in the law suit. I amount of shares could be mega millions to replace, plus the short on the street.
