Andrew told me the same as well. I spoke with him today shortly after lunch. He said that he expected the financials to be sent to the SEC later today…probably followed by a PR in case anyone missed the filling. These were expected to be the two delinquent quarterly filings.

He also anticipated that all of the required filings should be completed by 5-15…thus making FCCN fully compliant.

BTW…I added significantly to my holdings this morning.
