Alan, you're reading things that aren't there. Do you see units or a scaling factor on that chart, or are you just MAKING IT UP?

Furthermore, the 130nm SOI yields are, as one can read from the graph, now well in excess of the levels 180nm enjoyed throughout 95% of its ramp, measured as a fraction of mature yield on each process. Moreover, they now equal or exceed the same measure for bulk 130nm throughout its *entire* ramp.
