If management can actually prove they have the oil contracts signed and IF they pr the agreement with the actual numbers of oil being produced, because the numbers will sell this stock a penny MIGHT not be out of the question. But management has to show the investment world the actual signed agreement and numbers. If this happens and the buyback continues, I am repeating myself, penny is a limit. GLTA, the Coach
