You are correct to a point but he/she is a client of theirs big or small should not matter. Game over. They should do what there client asked/requested. As long as what the client is requesting is not against the law then they should do what they ask. They are a service based company provide the service that there clients ask for. The issue with TDA is they want to think for there client not right.
