Tinroad: It is widely known that Portal Player was a major player in the design and functionality of the iPod platform. Would it have been legal or ethical for Portal Player to sell the iPod platform it developed under contract with Apple to other customers? According to your reasoning, you would say "yes."

It is your example of an architect that is a complete distortion of what I have been saying.
