I think men fear parting with their testicles even more, but if I understand it correctly, satraplatin is a chemo regimen for hormone refractory PC, meaning testicles already gone? Hopefully, in time they can advance that kind of treatment to earlier stages, but that may take few years, by then, who know the patent on satraplatin might be out...
