If my memory is correct the first trigger to the OSC was the accounting complaint from PWC and KPMG in a letter submitted to the OSC on September 29. If you also recall Petar had a visit from the RCMP on November 6. At that point the OSC and shortly there after the SEC we very involved and their investigation intensified after the interviews with Petar and Andrew DeVries. So much for the conspiracy theory. This got started because of the false PR's about who was doing the audit.
