Multi Million Dollar purchase and supply agreements have been signed between Royal Spring Water, Inc. and Golden Hotels. The eight contracts totaling $3,971,081.60 call for Royal Spring Water, Inc. to supply bottled water and vodka products with the private label brand - ILUM Ultra Lounge.

LOS ANGELES, April 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Royal Spring Water Inc. (OTC: RSPG - News), (the "Company") a bottler and distributor of pure water from the Artesian wells of the "Ogallala Aquifer", announced today that it has signed agreements for water, Flavored water, Vodka and sparkling wine. The agreements call for the private label products to be produced and sold in six hotel properties under ownership by the Golden Hotels L-PSHIP including their flagship hotel property, the Atrium Hotel in Orange County. The term of the contract is for a two year period. The regular water will be bottled in a specially designed bottle with no ridges, (cylinder) bottle. The Flavored water agreements are for Lemon, Raspberry and Peach and will be sugar free. The Vodka is a high grade Ukrainian Vodka. The first shipment is scheduled for the end of April, 2007.
