No, not necessarily. Why? Because I think that alot of people screamed for the commissions to do SOMETHING when the stock crashed--(whether orchestrated by hedge funds, the company itself, whomever, remains to be seen)--- that's all, that is why we are seeing this "investigation". Basically the OSC put a finger in the dyke for the time being to calm fears until it is all sorted out.
IF there was any immediately definitive or easy to determine violations and/or actions found initially, it is MHO that some would have been outright arrested shortly thereafter. No-one has been however, and the SEC has to date (after how many months now?) found no violations either, so I think there is a whole lot more to this story than what some would have us believe.

As stated, eventually, it will all come out.As a shareholder, I will either win or lose, but I will wait until I know for sure before pulling any trigger upon myself. JMHO GLTA
