Another huge HMGP fact to consider when one moves down the food chain of the O&G industry. The company that I work for; we had a drilling claim (property claim)last week, needed to replace some parts on the rig, parts/manufacturing company involved stated that backlogs are starting to develop, >6 months in some cases.

My point:

Those companies that have there own rigs for drilling, and this rigs are functioning and maintained are in primed position. And I place Hemi at the top of the list in this catagory. We all know that there is a back log for the independent servicing contractors ( hiring drillers), one main reason wht Hemi purchased their's, but also note the the hardware suppliers, the manufactures of these rigs, are getting big backlogs as well up to 18 months in some cases.

Again another very important point in the economics of supply/demand. These little emerging O&G's that are in place to pick up the slack, into day's oil environment, are positioned to take that new revenue all the way to the bottom line.
