But Valimed would not catch the error. It is not signtured for salt. (sodium chloride).

They must have hired that pharmacy technician off the street. Any damn fool would or should know better than to mix up a 24+% salt solution into a drip bag.

I have said often that a well run pharmacy, using well trained people is the way to go. Valimed is not an essential..although BAXA and others offering USP 797 training can try to sell the pharmacy one or more.

BTW, it is Potassium Chloride that is used for lethal injections in executions. Hanging to me is the better way, if we are gonna have the Government(s) execute people. More "humane", too, if properly done.
