NONE, from the MN1 interview...

Q. Whats your response to Select American saying you manipulated the share price at their expense.

A. I have never spoken with Mr Rogers, and as for the press release its the second one he has release in 2 days, which is odd./ We would have no gain on the manipulation, first of all theres no 504D shares, because its a reporting company, and there are no S-Filings that have been done. Therefore we dont get any advantage from the stock going up or down.�
